Video-therapy

Therapy sessions done through video. A good option for individuals who feel most comfortable at home but also want to see their therapist. Video-therapy can also be helpful for guidance through exercises, sharing resources in real-time, and accessing non-talk therapies. For this mode of therapy you would need a private space, good internet connection, and a device with a camera.


Tele-therapy

Therapy sessions over telephone Recommended for those who would like more privacy and the flexibility of being mobile. Some might also choose tele-therapy because it's easier to find a private space or because they lack the technology required for video.

For over 5 years I have helped individuals with trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues; mental illness, and mood disorders; academic and work-related stress; low self-esteem, perfectionism, and emotion regulation difficulties; crisis situations, and more.

To help you reach your goals, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in an eclectic but intentional way so that the time we spend together is truly personalized to your needs, preferences, and pace.

In 2020 I founded E-Therapy as a response to the need for virtual therapy services during COVID-19. Since then we have supported over 200 clients across Canada and provided workshops about anti-Asian racism.
